Until Monday, May 4, Bridgewell’s six day habilitation and employment support programs will be closed.
For more than 60 years, Bridgewell has provided people with disabilities and life challenges with the things that so many of us take for granted – a home, food, transportation, an opportunity to work and develop life-skills, healthcare, recreation and friendships.
The majority of the people served by Bridgewell are funded through state and federal contracts. Each contract is based on individual need and covers most of the direct cost for their care.
However, funding for programs, innovation, technology, community activities and capital improvements outside contracted services must be raised by Bridgewell to continue to deliver the high-quality care that we have provided for more than a half a century. State funding cuts make your generosity even more vital to our future and to the lives of people we serve.
When you make a tax-deductible gift to Bridgewell, you demonstrate your belief in our work and support people in our community who need your help most.
