Supported Living

Bridgewell’s supported living models provide housing and support for people with developmental disabilities who are able to live with varying levels of independence. Individuals live on their own or with a roommate, primarily in subsidized housing units.

Bridgewell staff assists with health care coordination, medication management, nutrition, household chores, financial management, community recreational and social participation and other life skills training and support. Each person’s support level is based on individual need and preference.
