Residential Services for People with Developmental Disabilities
Bridgewell provides around-the-clock well-trained, direct care staff to support individuals based on their unique needs living in residences across Eastern Massachusetts. Homes accommodate an average of 4 or 5 individuals and offer private bedrooms and shared living space.
Each home is designed to meet the needs of the residents. This may include full handicap access, specialized medical equipment, specialized vehicles, and other support items. Likewise, staff supports are specific to the meet the needs of residents at each home. Specialists such as nursing and behavioral support staff are provided where needed. Together, we ensure that each person experiences autonomy, privacy, and independence while sharing a home with others.
