Nigerian-born Leonard Ozoagu started his career at Bridgewell in 1998 as a member of the direct support staff. In 2000, Leonard was promoted to case manager based on his demonstrated commitment to helping those in his care live as independently as possible. In 2002, Leonard was promoted for a second time to program director for one of our residential programs based in Lynn.

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree from Enugu State University in Nigeria, Leonard is certified in CPR, First Aid, OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration), CPI (Crisis Prevention & Intervention), MAP (Medication Administration Program) and is a trained behavior specialist.
