2012 Spring Appeal
This year Bridgewell proudly celebrates 55 years of caring for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. Think about it. When options were not only limited for those with disabilities, but less than ideal, Bridgewell was there. Today, more than 3,000 individuals and their families benefit from the services provided by Bridgewell annually.
Meet Meaghan and Harry, two members of the Bridgewell family. At twenty-two, Meaghan moved into her new Bridgewell home this past summer while Harry has been in our care for 31 years. With passion, we have maintained our commitment to consider each member of the Bridgewell family an individual deserving our best efforts to help them realize their greatest potential and live fulfilling lives. Bridgewell is proud of our ability to offer an adaptive continuum of care which supports their needs which change over the course of their lifetime.

Over Bridgewell’s lifetime the financial landscape has dramatically changed. It is no secret that the human services community has seen challenging times. This has compelled us to reach out to you to wrap your arms around the people in our care. As we look toward the future, we know that regardless of external economic vulnerabilities, the needs of the people we serve are ever-changing. In fact, the number of people we serve annually is on the rise and their needs become more medically complex each year.
