Kimberley Haley, LMHC, Clinical Director of The Sovner Center

In 1999, Kimberley joined Bridgewell as a START Clinician. Over the past decade, she has held increasingly responsible roles in Bridgewell’s Behavioral Health Services Department.  She is currently the Clinical Director of the Sovner Center in Danvers, an outpatient clinic that provides specialty behavioral health services to those with developmental/intellectual disabilities with co-occurring psychiatric disorders.

As Clinical Director, Kimberley hires, trains and supervises a professional team of nurse practitioners, psychiatrist and psychotherapists. Her role is to provide oversight of the Sovner Center staff, ensuring the provision of high-quality, timely and comprehensive services, continued financial stability of operations,  and maintaining services in accordance with the regulatory standards of the Department of Disability Services, Department of Public Health, Medicaid, and the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Kimberley enjoys working at Bridgewell having transitioned from case management to clinical and administrative responsibilities. She loves working in a multi-disciplinary team setting and considers her co-workers family. One of her favorite parts of the job is the Friday team meetings, when the clinical team of 20 practitioners meet to problem-solve and collaborate on clinical issues, best practices, and pro-active solutions to the myriad challenges of day-to-day operations.

Kimberley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She studied psychology at McGill University in Canada and earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling from University of Massachusetts in Boston.

Originally from Canada, Kimberley now lives on the north shore with her husband, two children and cat. In her leisure, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, particularly at the Ipswich Audubon Bird Sanctuary and Bradley Palmer State Park.
